Kellogg Conference Peer Comments
Help improve fundraising strategies
Important to develop spirals of future generations, beneficiary in one way becomes the donor in another
Good work, YJA specific

Should manage overall JAINA efforts

YJA has to be sustained, need to standardize so not repeating
Get young Jains involved; Creation of goal/theme for the year
More money means more activity; instead of traditional methods try something innovative

Good project; How to keep local participants involved
Good beginning for a great cause; Will need focus, commitment and direction from senior leaders
Youths raising funds for their passion; Need a well defined plan
This is done every other year for YJA, so they should work with people involved in the past
;Young people can pay for themselves
Revised fundraising is helpful
Fundraising is already a part of YJA
YJA needs a good catalyst for its regional programs; Might be better served outside LRP through mentoring
A low fee to join and a higher base of members will help; Make fundraising a part of membership drive and create "corporate" membership
