Kellogg Leadership Conference Peer Comments
Important need expanding leadership
Buy-in is tough if Vision2020 is not disseminated on a mass scale. We are still pretty much on the leadership level in this
Goods, needs traveling

Sharing Vision2020 will help to bring awareness about Jainism, Jains & JAINA
Spread the word, community buy-in
Small funding, high return; send mail to Jain Digest, entire Jaina database
Must be done - not sure if you will have time/access to Jain Center
A MUST: regional representative presenting to each center
Creates awareness of Vision 2020; Need more people and engaging presenters
There is a NEED for this at this time; How do we plan to exercise power al the way down to grass root/Jain center levels? Generally leadership is resistant to implement changes. How do we tackle that?
Very good project for united Jains; Target say 10 community to measure success
More Jains need to know about Vision 2020, small, easily doable project; Limited scope
One plan and one vision; Not widely known
Strengthens each bucket of JWOL
Brings JAINA 2020 awareness
Strong need, will bring value to local area; communicate back comment/concern of community to Vision2020 team
Use all medias possible to distribute information
Needed to create energy behind these initiatives; People may feel vision is being forced on them
Communication will be good; Scale down the details to make to more relevant to general members of the centers.
