-Mentees à  11-17 year olds (middle and high school)

-Make known how much time is required

Jain mentoring, very important role needed we lack here
This can start with professional or career counseling
Long term benefit, what method to use
WE/I NEED IT; everything it needs is ready to go
Mentoring is always welcome, suggestion with proper understanding
Novel approach, add Project # 1 target
Create a mentoring committee at JAINA conventions
will get Jains involved; people VIP are busy
Grow the youth; mentor process creation
Strengthens community ties and involves wider segment of young Jains; Needs time to build and committed volunteers
Good idea, we could easily pair up with rural areas, teaching projects, etc. Who would be a mentor? Would his/her personal view come in? If it does, is that good? Bad? Would they have to go through some training?
Excellent for networking; Take advantage of Dipak Jain's offer

We need to focus in this area to motivate and help our young adults. This is our future - combine with other projects with similar goals
Prepared next generation of Jain leaders; Needs training
Great value to participants
This should be piloted quickly and then taken to all centers.
Help our youth and maintain continuity to the next generation; Ensure that interactions are beneficial, i.e. - monitoring
Good idea; Should be a serious program otherwise will fail
