Important but shall not come out as tooting our own horn
Help increase Jain knowledge, create achievement in Jainism

Needed, should be unbiased
I like it, very easily doable, needs a model that can travel
Should appreciate with recognition

Align with others, needs focus

Creates a standardization of Jain knowledge; Create a scholarship incentive for learning
Good people should always be recognized. What is the definition of achievement? Knowing all trivia questions in Jainism? (I would not want this to be a criteria, this might encourage "doing well on standardized tests" type of practices.) Understanding the Jain philosophy? Being a good leader?
Good concept; Clear criterion needed

Helps identify next generation of teachers; Not enough data to decide
Create competitive learning environment; Learning style of children/adult are different, try to incorporate that as well in defining class
This may meet resistance because of not all Jains wanting recognition
Create the next generation of scholars; Scholarship is about more than tests
Some sort of degree/title based on knowledge is good; Project is not well thought out
